We guarantee preparing your order and getting it shipped out within 24hrs after receiving purchase. All orders are shipped via UPS. Typically at this time during COVID-19, it takes 2-7 business days for delivery. However, we hear tremendous feedback that it takes much faster then advised.

Based on the season Apex offers free shipping for orders above $150.  Currently we do not have any free shipping offers. Also note, that Apex Lab seasonally offers curb-side pick up at our Newmarket location. Please be on the look out during CHECKOUT process.

Plain ethanol will dry and crack skin if used frequently. Our product is enriched with Aloe and Vitamin E which helps ensure hands remain soft and supple, even after multiple uses.

Depending on hand size, a sufficient amount of the product should be used that all parts of the hand and wrist are well covered. We recommend 1-2 pumps.

If you’d like to cancel or change your order, please call 1-888-450-2793 as soon as possible. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment department and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. Please refer to our returns policy for information on returning or exchanging items you have ordered.

We are unfortunately unable to change the shipping address once an order has been placed. That is because we cannot guarantee that the change in our system will be effective before the shipment takes place, and also to prevent possible fraud.

You can try to contact the courier for advice. If your order is already in transit and the courier can’t deliver it due to the wrong address, it will be automatically returned to our warehouse, and refunded. We advise you to check and update the shipping details in your Apex account to avoid any future issues.

Yes! Apex gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. A code for activation/use will be sent via a confirmation email after you have completed your check-out.
