How do I earn Lab Points?
You can earn a number of different ways. You will earn when you sign-up, for each purchase you make, share on Facebook or follow us on Instagram, and you'll earn extra points when you celebrate your birthday!
How do I join? Does it cost anything?
It's free to join! Create an account (or sign in if you already have one). Be sure to sign in whenever you make a purchase in order to receive your points! We can't offer points for purchases made if you check out as a guest.
How do I redeem my points?
To redeem Lab Points, sign in and go to the My Account page. Once there, click on the Start Redeeming button. Please note that free product rewards do not include free shipping.
A minimum of 500 points ($10) is required to start redeeming for rewards.
Do my points expire?
Yes, points expire. If you have been inactive/not purchased for the past 12 months (i.e. no earning or spending of points) then your points balance will be set back to zero and your tier level downgraded. Make sure you spend and earn points within 12 months to retain your balance.
Where can I find how many points I have?
You can find your points balance on your account page. View your available points balance by clicking HERE.
Can I earn points on past purchases?
No, points cannot be added to your account retroactively. You can earn points on all future purchases when logged into your account and shopping.
What happens if I forget to log in to my account when checking out?
You must be logged into your account to earn points when shopping.
Can I return a reward?
Rewards cannot be exchanged or returned for another product or a monetary refund. Rewards may not be combined with any other coupon or promotion.
How does referral work?
Referral rewards can be redeemed by sharing your referral link to your family and friends - Click HERE to get your unique referral link.
Upon their first purchase your referral will give you $10 off your next order of $50 or more.
